Filler Safety & Dissolving Policy

Patient safety always takes priority over aesthetic preference.
If dermal filler results are clinically unsafe, compromised, or medically concerning, we will recommend and carry out dissolving treatment in line with appropriate clinical protocols.
In the event of a vascular complication or urgent concern, corrective treatment — including dissolving — will be undertaken without delay.
We do not maintain filler for cosmetic reasons where tissue health may be at risk.

Ethical & Responsible Aesthetics

  • We do not treat individuals under 18
  • We do not treat during pregnancy or breastfeeding where contraindicated
  • We screen for unrealistic expectations and body dysmorphic concerns
  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment
