From my experience, swelling and bruising are minimal and the bolus technique i use enables the filler to penetrate deeper into the face along the zygomatic arch (cheekbone). It has great longevity and firmness that can hold structure for up to 18 months whilst in situ.
I can provide other brands of filler on request, such as Juvederm, at an increased price if that’s your personal preference although i’ve found Revolax better value for fmoney for my clilents.
